Martin's in love. Definitely in love. This time it's for real. He's getting on a plane to paradise and he won't take no for an answer. But when his romantic plan to win back Rosie, the girl of his dreams, goes horribly wrong, he find himself falling for a local Cambodian girl, Mealea, who isn't everything she seems.

As a high powered property developer, Rosie is used to things going to plan but since she arrived in South East Asia everything has been falling apart. The locals hate her, her boss has no time for her and the builders have been digging up more than just earth. Martin's misguided advances are the least of her worries.

But when she discovers his relationship with Mealea, she finds herself drawn into a set of interconnected events that turn her world and her values upside down.
